It is a new area with new shopping mall etc...views and eating are great but need to access the sights by monorail and train. More

On a nice day, after you've seen everything else you wanted to see in Tokyo, Odaiba is a pretty good place to go. There's a nice long man-made beach. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Huge mall. There's a free shuttle bus that has stops at all the places throughout the island, so saves you some time. Beautiful views... More
