We first took the tour of the factory about 5 plus years ago and decided to revisit to see if it was better . I am pleased to say it was a lot betther than in the past. We took the tour in English, the only critisism would be that at the start there is a 10 minute video which... More

Worth a trip but be warned, the website pricing is wrong - we paid €5 (were told price should have actually been €7) per person (no concessions for OAP) and €2 for our kids aged 8 and 10. Not much of a tour - quick video show of factory, whizz around museum with a few ad videos but lots of... More

How can they hire such unprofessionally people (one man and one woman) at their boutique near my Brufani Hotel? I went in and these two staff did NOT greet me (it was NOT crowded, only one woman shopping there) and seemed like they couldn't CARE LESS whether I shop there or not. So I just left without spending ONE euro.... More

We were disappointed with the factory, I suppose we expected to see a factory in full operation & not a glorifies sales shop

My husband and I visited the factory and got the English tour which was lovely and very informative. We wish we could've visited the chocolate class, but it was too late. Some people here commented that the store was overpriced - maybe, but their souvenirs are lovely. Their artwork is beautiful, so maybe buy the chocolates elsewhere but the merchandise... More

Arrived at 10:45, next English tour was 11:15 - result. Tour was interesting informative and plenty of opportunity to sample, some of which you can't buy in the shop :-). Well worth the €7 admission charge

i brought a group of college students to umbria and this was one of their optional activities. the students loved the viist of the factory and the quality of the chocolate class afterwards was top notch. we did a three hour class on how to make the traditional baci. the length of the course was perfect and the chocolate masters... Great show-around, walking above the factory floor. Abondant chocolate tasting as well. However, call to book the limited tours in English

Went once and it was short tour but you get free chocolate and when your done go out and find it in other shops.. The biggest reason for Perugia and chocolate is you have to go out to the chocolate festival every year around the 2nd week of Octobre.

We didn't know what to expect when we were greeted with the Nestle sign - not a good sign for us - but we were pleasantly surprised. They charge an entry to keep out the riffraff and then give you an equivalent amount of chocolate if you eat like we do. Not everyone will like this kind of tour: it... More
