Take the South Road and visit a few waterfalls. Cross the bridge and take the North road back. we saw several elk and really enjoyed the drive.
Worth the drive from Seattle for sure. Insanely beautiful rain or shine and so close to the ocean. Amongst beautiful mountains, so lush. You have to go!

There isn't much there - we did go see the large spruce tree and stayed at the Quinault Lodge. (Very nice). We at supper down the road about 500 feet - excellent salmon dinner.
This is an experience of a lifetime. If you haven't been there, you need to visit. Beautiful trails to walk. Great place to camp.
The Quinault Rain Forest is not highly commercial. It is lovely and primitive. It illustrates all the elements of what a temperate "rainforest" is.
