A really easy hike in the shade along the river, until you come to the point where you must enter the river to keep going. So much fun, our teenagers loved it. Only went a couple of hundred yards or so upriver but a really great experience. Would love to go farther next time!

We took the shuttle up to the last stop and then hiked along the Virgin River to the Narrows. A relatively easy hike, which took us about an hour to get to the Narrows. passes through spectacular scenery with plenty of sights to see and photograph.

Get your hiking shoes on and get ready for a walk. Most of the trails near bus stops are doable but weather and stamina effects you. Be sure to take water, water, water with you.

Rented my drysuit with Zion Adventure Company for $49 for 1 day, booked a day earlier. The hike took 6 hours return trip but you can do it faster or longer - just start going back sooner. Amazing views, the Narrows are absolutely unique, haven't done anything like that before

Likes: a fairly easy and gentle walk to the Narrows from the last shuttle bus stop. Good scenery along the way and a surprising number of birds to see, considering how busy the path is. Dislikes: very crowded and busy, so not much peace and quiet!
