Took our 14 year old son, and all three of us surfed. Had a great time, other than an errant pick up. Very friendly people and committed to everyone succeeding and having fun.

This beach is not crowded, but has a great variety of breaks. The surf guides and Macao Surf Camp are world class. Don't be fooled by the "surf guides" at the hotels who are really just divers trying to cash in. Go with the real deal and you won't be disappointed.
