We did this...only once...at 3pm. Big mistake at that time of the day because it is HOT! Setting that aside, you MUST try this, with proper shoes (we had flip-flops)...ok, it was a spontaeous decision...after a few beers. The view is beautiful and it really was fun!

If you like a wonderful view and an energetic walk, this is the place to go. Recently an inukshuk has been placed on the path to the top. Very safe entertainment.

Lots of walking to get to the top but an awesome view. They do not let you up into the lighthouse as it is working but you can look around. For extra excitement venture off the trail and create your own route. It will take twice as long so bring plenty of water.
