This isn't one of the most attractive callejones in Guanajuato, but we still had to go and kiss there.

Not easy to find but locals are helpful. you may find someone who wishes to tell you the story behind the location-for a peso and a smile. Make sure you go up and plant a kiss or offer yourself to any singles passing by!

Nice story about the balcony and how lovers exchanged kisses, hire a tour guide within the area so there is more meaning to the visit

This place has all the makings of a tourist trap, but I get a kick out of the story. We live close by, and whenever we have visitors, I always stop by this place and tell the story. Someone will offer to tell you the story when you're there. Do it. It's a great little look into Mexican culture.

Worth seeing because it is such a short walk from the Jardin and Theater area. Climb the stairs to get to the balcony where there is currently a little sweet shop.

We just chose this attraction to write about this beautiful City, callejon del beso is a nice place full of people that want a romantic moment but the whole city is a romantic moment, just to have a walk during the night makes you the same feeling of your first love. One of our favourites in the world.

This is the narrowest street in Guanajuato. So narrow in fact that you can touch both sides at once with your elbows. The Callejon del Besos is very interesting... but the City of Guanajuato is all amazing - a beautiful 16th Century Spanish designed city locate din the bottom of a bowl, the streets are wonderful - tunnelling under houses and hills... the homes are built on steep streets that can go up for four blocks! We went with the Callejoneadas with Estudiantinas Imperiales. (you can find them on facebook.) They dress in period clothing, sing, play fun and cheerful period music and have you laughing all the time.
