This is the highest streetcar still running in the world! The cars have been lovingly restored and the trip across the High Level Bridge an eye-opener.

The ride isn't long, but it does offer spectacular views of Edmonton's sky line (downtown) and U of A as well as taking you into the heart of Old Strathcona. For anyone who is interested in streetcar history it's worth the trip. Talk to the operators and learn more.

Over hyped. They have a waterfall off the bridge, but if it is windy it blows away. GIMMICKY. The street car across the bridge is somewhat cool if you are going from downtown to Whyte avenue for some bar hopping and shopping.

The brunch is well known and for that reason the restaurant is very busy. There is often a long line-up.

A trip back and forth over a 100 year old bridge; interesting and probably unbelievable back in 1913 but in 2013?

While the streetcar is a novel way to use the railroad tracks on the upper level of this former railroad bridge, this bridge is perhaps the worst of many "claimed" former train bridges in Edmonton, used for commuter traffic. Its narrow uni-directional lanes, give you plenty of chances to consider what it would be like to slam into a steel... More

Streetcar runs during the summer only - May through September; gives you an unique way to see something of the city. Although it now uses the centre of the Bridges upper deck, you'll still get a feeling for what it was like to cross years ago. The Guides, conductors and motormen are all volunteers;they'll give you a good narrative to... More

A pleasant way to spend a sunny afternoon. Great view of Edmonton's famous river valley. Reasonably priced.

We took our grandchildren on this ride and the conductor had a wealth of information and historic knowledge. The ride was just the right length and provided us with an opportunity to stop at the Legislature and explore before returning to Old Strathcone
