The 50 meter pool. There are usually three lanes open for lane swimming in the big pool or a competition is on lanes are open in the warm-up pools.

I believe renovations are underway here as this is an older facility. The spin equipment needs to be updated and a permanent home! The kinsmen sports center is a good place to go for a work out or just a relaxing time. They have a good work out room and a running track.They have a diving pool,and about three other pools. It's on the south side by the river but! close enough to downtown Edmonton.

Kinsmen is a great place to work out inside and out. lots of options and room. one thing is the front entrance which needs to be changed not sure how it is after the upgrade

Great space and facilities in the heart of the river valley. Appeared quite clean and not overly crowded.

Came here for a provincial meet and was pleased to see so much seating - no bad seats in the house....just very uncomfortable after awhile. Great large scoreboard. Good healthy food little cafe but slow slow slow service so don't plan on eating here (took us over 30 min to get in line, order, and receive 2 shake type items).... More

Great little weight room to work-out in. They have equipment to workout every muscle. Been using the gym here for years as it's 5 minutes from home. - Ample parking (free) - Big locker room.
