From its start at the west end of Riverside Park to the Red Bridge and back is perfect for an easy stroll.

Beautiful place to walk. Lots of nice views of the river. Fairly clean and easy to walk on. There was some traffic but not a lot. Lots of friendly people on the walk. It felt like a safe place to walk.

A extensive, easy biking trail going through the heart of Kamloops. One of the most enjoyable free and scenic activities available. Good family fun that follows the rivers edge.

Great hikes no matter when you go. Small brooks and the only thing that is missing are salmon runs. You get all the salmon runs in North Vancouver or more towards the Okanagan water / Fraser river.

Although 1/2 of this trail was under water with the river very high, we enjoyed this walk. The dog restrictions were difficult for us.
