Loved their sparkling wines, especially their Brut. Great value for the money. Speaking of great, I walked out with a bottle of a 1998 Ariel. Like vintage champagne at a much more reasonable price. Best sparkler I've had from BC by light years.

We attended a wedding here. The property was beautiful. The food and wine were delicious. With the fading light, it was a little disconcerting walking into the pyramid. We could hardly seen a thing. It was quite interesting to hear about the reasons for keeping the wine in the pyramid however.

The views from the patio are incredible but you pay a high price for eating here and the craft fair we just visited was very poor...advertised as a collectors and crafter fair..there was ony one stand selling collectible items or vintage...very poor fair

What I really liked here is that you get a chance to see how organic wine is made. Of course, with the pyramid on site you need to be prepared to hear about a more "holistic" approach to wine making.
