This saltwater pool is located on the waterfront at Kitsilano Beach/Park. It is huge and provides lots of space for both kids and adults. Adults can swim lengths while kids swim and play in their own roped off area. It is a wonderful location with views across English Bay to Stanley Park. I wish I had discovered it sooner and... More

I love this pool. I usually only swim in lakes, or Puget Sound. But this pool is a pool I can get behind. I swim here every visit to Vancouver, when it is open. Outdoors, and 150 yards long. A half mile swim is only 3 laps. Perfect for Open Water Swim training. Zero depth entry for the kids. Lockers... More

Last remaining saltwater pool in Vancouver. Beach entry in the shallow end. Longest lanes for swimming laps. Kiddie slide and slide into the deep end. There's a little waterpark inside too. Plastic Adirondak chairs to lounge in, or spread your towel on the concrete or on the grassy knoll. Bring a picnic lunch and make a day of it. You... More

The best outdoor pool. Play and swim in the sun then go beachcombing, have a nice meal and stay to watch the fireworks all in one day. Awesome!

its huge and open, fun in sunshine and showers, great for all ages and so much cleaner than the beach. Kits is a fun area and nearby are restuarants and if you are lucky, live performances

I haven't been to all the outdoor pools in the world but its hard to imagine a better one. It has over 100 meters for length swimming. A play area for children. A spectacular view of the North Shore mountains, Low chlorine levels and a mix of salt with fresh water make it unique.

A little crowded in the spring and summer months but a good experience. And there`s a park on one side where you can laze in the sun, or a beach on the other to relax or play around.

It's amazing and it's that simple. Whether you want to swim some lengths, splash around with the kids or people watch with friends it's the place to be on a summer's day.

Located in beautiful Kitsalano, right by the Beach, it is a pool which is just Great. The staff is professional and courteuous, the facilty clean and safe. It has it all. You can swim here in the the morning and later in the day walk 2 minutes and swim in the ocean when the day has warmed up.
