Government House is one of those preserved gems that are hard to find in the "new world". Great lengths have been taken to preserve the house in its 19th century glory. It's a quick visit but worth it.
A bit of New Brunswick history. Very beautiful place to spend some time. Welcoming. Educational. Classy place.
we found a new interest in History,and this place was no exception.Very interesting wondering around.
Beautiful restored stone building with fine antique furniture including pieces by Thomas Nisbet, Master Cabinetmaker from early 1800's
Was alright, hae been in other cities and everyong seems to have old period homes. Nothing special, would not do again.
This is a wonderful place to tour. Knowledgable guides, lovely ground and great furniture.
One of the nicest architecture in town but there wasn't much to see.
Government House is beautiful Architecturally,but usually visits are on the outside like Highland Games ..
Most interesting home in New Brunswick. Recent $6 Million restoration that shows this 1880s building at its best.
