We booked a couples massage which was really good. The spa is in dire need of an update, particularly in the lounge. Too many people have been sitting on the sofas post massage or pool, and all of the couches need to be cleaned. The service is good and they are very busy, but I was disappointed by the atmosphere.

I enjoyed my treatment, but found the little details lacking for the price of my visit. My robe was frayed and obviously old, and my slippers were disposable. I didn't have the "experience" that I have had at other spas in NOTL, and I paid significantly more.

My husband and I spent the entire day at the spa. The service was excellent, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. We loved the hot springs. Everything was wonderful!
