About 8kms east from downtown Windsor on Riverside Dr East you'll find Coventry Gardens aka Reaume Park, home of the Peace Fountain. Coventry Gardens is situated on Windsor's riverfront, and includes the Peace Fountain and a wide variety of flowers and trees.
