“The best new Pilates studio in Canmore”

If your looking for a deep core workout this is the studio to go to. BonnyLynn is an amazing teacher that makes you feel you can do anything! Would recommend pre signing up for a class as they can get full pretty quickly

Amazing location, great equipment, inspirational instructor! Very clean and welcoming. Instructor is not overpowering, but patiently explaining to beginners.
