Scenic and fun all year round. Great playgrounds for the kids, a wonderful tidal bay and beach and close to all downtown amenities. The new boardwalk is a great attraction and makes the area very accessible. The Brant Geese Festival is coming up in March and there will be lots to see and do.

The sandy beach alone is worth the price of admission which is awesomely free! There is a water park for the tiny tots. Lots of fun for small children at the water park. Amazing beach to walk on, close to everything and easy to access. The skatboard park is world class.

Lots going on when we were there. The sand sculpture competition was were something else with competitors from around the world. Even the kids impressed with lots for them kids to do without costing a fortune

This is another lovely beach in Parksville. The sand sculpture display was on and the sculptures were very impressive. Lots of activities happening at the park........once again another free activity we experienced in BC.

This is a busy place. The activities depend on the time of year, some basic fascilities however the beach was crowded and rocky, not so fun with my old bare feet.
