Brilliant beach with great waves for a beginner surfer like me! The RNLI's presence made me feel very safe in the water.
We had a surfing lesson which was very very good!! lovely clean beach. Lots of people using this area and was very clearly sign posted

I am in love with this beach... In the afternoon, people of all sort of age go to the water with their surf board, no matter if they are professional or not, there is an energetic vibe in the air that makes you just go for it!.. and if this vibe doesn't catch you, don't worry, you will be amazed...

I parked for 30 mins after 9pm, didn't see any parking signs at all, but I was caught on camera and charged...

A well known and well regarded Cornish beach that richly deserves its praise. We walked the length of the beach and found it very enjoyable - not busy and the view of the cliffs was awesome. Very well worth a visit.
