We went in on what we thought would be a romantic 'twilight package'. It was just a bit dirty and smelt like chlorine. Totally crowded at every turn. The food was good though. I wouldn't really recommend it at all and I wouldn't ever go back.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for a relaxing spa afternoon, and I had a prebooked treatment. Luckily beause I had booked a treatment we were able to skip the rather large queue to enter the spa!
The downsides:
It was packed I have to say! Although maybe you would expect that for a Saturday.
One of the steam rooms...

We (young couple) went on a Sunday. Yes, I expect it to be busy. Thank goodness we booked a treatment. This does allow you to skip the hen and recovering stag revellers. Then you hit the locker room.
Coucil run pools etc. have bigger changing areas and lockers. Don't bring anything more than you need to. The size of a...

This is not a relaxing, chill out spa you would imagine from viewing the website. My friend and I arrived for a Twilight Package late afternoon on a Friday and a Day Spa Package and two treatments booked for the Saturday.
On the Friday “Twilight” visit, it was over crowded and incredibly noisy. We went up to the open air...

Thermae Bath Spa was the main attraction for our visit to Bath and we by no means disappointed! We arrived at midday with about a 20minute queue (this queueing time is normal according to staff). The scented steam rooms were lovely, whilst the rooftop pool was a highlight. A perfect depth and temperature, the rooftop pool itself was worth the...

I am a very reasonable person who lives a 'normal' life where a Spa visit is a luxury and isn't easily afforded.

The roof top pool was untidy and had many floating aids left in a...

My second time here and just as lovely as last time.
The rooftop pool really is the highlight and is actually more fun in the rain as not something you would normally do when its raining!
The steam rooms are very large which means they never feel overcrowded, however i do miss the foot spas which used to be in...

Went to Thermae Bath Spa for a hen do. The girl who did the organising booked each of us a massage treatment which I was very looking forward to.
We arrived at a bit after 3 pm, hoping to see the sunset at the rooftop pool. There was a massive queue outside waiting to go in when we arrived, and...

Just a great experience. Two hours was enough and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the steam rooms. Will return.
I thought it was over price it took far to long to get out tickets. staff could not see lots of people pushing. Overcrowding for pools. Noise and not that great, also life guard was falling asleep. I found only two of the steam rooms worked on sat, which was full of people. Also the showers are on a different...
