Great place to see a gig. Good seating. Reasonable prices. Would imagine this venue would be suitable for any sort of event. Much nicer to see a band here than in London. Local people are fortunate to have it on their doorstep.

The City Hall really know how to boost the sounds of rock & pop groups which is well supported by the lighting system - fantastic. Could do with a little heating. Toilet facilities not brilliant. Apart from that comfortable and a reasonable venue.

Great for gigs small venue standing area gives excellent view, well ventilated and cloakroom facility available plus bar (always a queue for drinks though :-( good parking

Farmer's market is a trendy thing where I live (New York) but the Sunday market at Salisbury town square (in front of the City Hall, I believe) is authentic. In America, hippies operate farmer's markets; in Salisbury, real people buy and sell.

Loved the event they held there, well attended, clean, well organised apart from the bar being far to small for such a big event.
