12/05/2013 We were on a family and friends holiday at castle Douglas and weather was rubbish, so we decided to take the kids out for the day. We headed to the cream of Galloway. What could be better than Ice cream! We arrived and decide to have lunch, it was not a complicated order. tea, soup &sandwich for the adults... More

We spent most of a day here with a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old and some adult friends. The Playground - well it had to be throughly tested by both dads later - it's huge and kept them really challenged to finish the harder sections. The indoor play area whilst not on the same massive scale was... More

Well thought out addition to a dairy farm. Very Good cafe/ restaurant. Excellent play area for kids (and big kids) with a `death slide`, bike track, fire tower, play barn, dog walking area and a `barrel drop`. Including of course, the truly excellent ice cream that`s made on the farm (yes, it really is that good)..

Cream of Galloway is great fun for all children . Our eight year old loves the karts, flying fox, down the hatch and the bikes. That adventure playground is fun for all school age kids and the inside play area suits all ages. Fantastic selection of ice cream at a reasonable price. Great day had by all.

Visited July 2012. Bought family pass for the week as we were staying only a short distance away which was very good value for money. We first visited Cream of Galloway six years ago when our children were still quite small and I must say they all got a lot more out of it this time around. The inside play... More

A great outdoors experiance that all the family can participate in. plenty of fun activities! we went for the pay as you go option with basic entry, mostly because the guy at the entrance did not explain what the best options are! The best option for entry is:-slide and kart for the kids £10 each (that includes thier entry) and... More

Called in for an Ice cream on our way to the bay and it was well worth visiting. The staff were very nice and helpful and the Ice cream was excellent. The complex looks excellent for young and old and we would have stayed longer on another day.

Great for all ages and the ice cream is simply delicious but you did have to wait a while in a big queue till someone served you. The things to do there are amazing there is a giant zip wire and a 'down the hatch' which most teens like, if the boys don't show them the go-karting ring!

We took our 3 boys to the Cream of Galloway . The staff were so welcoming on our holiday and the outdoor activities for the boys were fantastic. I enjoyed going on a bike ride with my youngest son whilst my other two went gokarting. We enjoyed a visit to see the lambs and the guides were so good at... More

We were looking forward to going here during a recent stay in the area. The set up is very good with lots of activities. However, every little thing cost a bit extra and a bit extra. We did the ice cream tasting. The young man leading this was very good and informative. Mhowever, for the price of £3.50, I would... More

Thank you for your review, I’m glad to know you enjoyed the adventure playground and that you had a good meal with us. Setting a pricing structure for an attraction that has so much to offer is always a challenge: we have chosen a ‘pick and mix’ style so that you only pay for what you use, and the more... More
