Spoke with one of the reps on April 11th and she was very helpful with providing directions. Friendly and professional staff. Anyone travelling here for first time should stop in here first and find out what's going on. I think they also have info on walking tours around Kilkenny which we'll do the next time we're there.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. They were able to set me straight to maximize my Kilkenney experience. They were also very helpful on me chosing my route to Dublin. I experienced the Wicklow Mountains because of their advice.

We didnt receive any interesting tips from the office. also, it is on the second floor of a building; I didnt see an elevator, so using their services could be difficult for someone with mobility problems.
