The 'train' just drives around the different sights in Kilkenny but it doesn't let you get off to explore each site. Only takes about 30 minutes and for €7 each is a bit steep. It is probably better to do a walking tour as all of the sights are easily within walking distance. More

Good experience for kids.As a local I thought it went a bit fast to give a quality tour of the city but if snippets of info are what you want then great.walking tours are available in kk anyway so you get the best of both worlds.don't put your kids on the outside though as he takes the bumps very fast!
