haven't been to Paris for a few years, and was pleasantly surprised to see her all cleaned up and scaffolding removed. and now there are risers facing the front west entrance to allow people higher perspective in viewing. didn't go in this trip. always enjoyed the gardens with the tulips in full bloom.

This is just the heavenly place. Climb to the top of to touch the gargoyles and look at people in the square below. Just. Stunning place to be kissed.

Lines and crowds outside of the cathedral first made you think twice about getting in line. But once inside, it is truly breathtaking. There is a calm silence inside as travelers view the beautiful carvings and stain glass windows and just take in the experience. A must see.

Very beautiful, busy area. The cathedral was enourmous. I didn't go in because the line was too long. Nice area to take photos and very family friendly.

Went to mass there on a Saturday evening and you get goose bumps realizing where you are. Had the good fortune of listening to an organ recital after mass by a Canadian gentlleman for Quebec, one of only 4 guest organists for the season. It is an amazing edifice and we always go there when in Paris.

One of the must sees of Paris no matter your religion. If you have time and are in good heath, make the climb up to bell tower and see the "guts" of the Cathedral including the bells themselves. Well worth it for that but the view from up there is spectacular too!
