I was here yesterday with my 2 teenage nieces. The shop is a delightful old building which looks like it has been maintained but not renovated since the early 1900s. The business dates back to 1761. The floor tile and shop furniture are delightful. The cash is in a little cabin like a post office. Lots of home made marzipan... More

This shop is lovely - I used to live in Paris as a student which is when I first discovered this wonderful shop - I recently went back and was so happy to find the same excellent standard. Anyone saying the chocolates are not up to scratch does not know good chocolate! The marrons glaces are delicious too, not to... More

I purchased both some chocolate and pate de fruit to give away as presents along with some for myself. I was not impressed with the quality of either. I just do not know about the quality of the ingredients that they use. The pate de fruit had little to no taste to them at all. Typically they are bursting with... More

Even if you're on a diet you can get your chocolate fix just by being in this shop. The air is saturated with cocoa and sweetness. I visited at Christmas so the windows were decked with chocolate bears. Try the small marshmallow filled ones, but don't do as I did and try and help yourself, naughty, naughty. As well as... More

The people working here really know their products, and we enjoyed browsing through this small and personal shop. Selection is very good, it's hard to decide what to buy!

What a magical shop, we visited at Easter and the window dressing was the most beautiful chocolatey thing I've ever seen, chocolate boxes opening and closing, chocolate chickens flapping their wings! What more can i say?!

My wife and I went to the Rue Cler location of this incredible chocolatier. Talk about kids in a candy shop -- everything looked so good. Luckily they allow you to buy candy by the piece, so we created our own assortments. My wife is a retired pastry chef and she said that these were some of the best chocolates... More

Even if you don't buy anything (it is rather expensive) then it is worth a trip to view this quaint old shop. The frontage is very attractive and the displays inside are enticing .

This little shop is "packed" with sweet treats and scrumptious chocolate selections. Very engaging and helpful staff. You can select your own favorites or purchase a number of prepackaged gift sets from very small to over the top. The Chocolate is elegant and qualifies as one of those items to definately bring back home to your envious friends. Founded in... More

Incredible chocolate! High prices, but as soon as you have a taste, you will know why. I bought a piece of dark chocolate with hazelnuts, delicious. I regret not having bought more!
