Need to get out of the city? This very old cemetery is just a few short blocks from the Altstadt, and you're suddenly walking amongst a very old well maintained sea of stone and flowers. There is a very pleasant walk from the old town along the river towards this cemetery. The display of summer flowering plants in pots was outstanding - see photo. If you want to escape the crowds or have time to spare take full advantage of this free attraction.
