This museum is really impressive and with very good collection of paintings and other things. Especially I loved the piano. Moreover entry is free and photography costs 2 Euros. It's worth visiting place in Rostock.

The Museum of Cultural History--housed in a 13th-century nunnery--is filled with materials relevant to the Rostock area and the surrounding lands, in general. It was worth a visit during the GDR years and is worth it all the more in its revamped setting.
