We visited Cosmocaixa on a public holiday, so of course it was crawling with kids and yet, it didn't feel crowded. There are so many displays that there's lots of room for everyone and at 3 Euro, the admission price can't be beat. The museum has lots of room for younger children to run around and the highlight has to... More

The entrance is very cheap and there are a lot of things to do. Free entrance on the first Sunday of each month

At 4 EURO ticket (+30% discount if bought online) this is the best value for money / time spent in Barcelona (not including the free ones :D). You can easily spend 1/2 day here (or more if you go to the Planetarium shows or temporal exhibitions). Some great "games". The tropical habitat is awesome.

This is an awesome way to spend a rainy day in Barcelona. The exhibits are outstanding, and almost all of them are currently working. Plenty to do, and not just for young kids. The physics demonstrations were well done, and the newer high-tech ones (have a robot arm draw a picture of you!) were fascinating. Also, it's cheap - only... More

This place is amazing, we spent 4 hours inside, and if we had more time we could stay there even longer. Our 11 year old son was excited about everything inside. Great fun for adults and children! Entrance fee is 4EUR for adults.

Miles better than the tired Picasso Museum. This is fun and interactive, although I admit I probably wouldnt have gone if I had only been in the city for two or three days. But for any longer and it is worth the minimal entrance fee.

If you want a quick, but accurate update, of modern science achievements, go to cosmo caixa. But you will need two days to get a fair look at almost everything. Or perhaps three! Be prepared to find things you thought we knew everything about, and yet there are more to find out!

A very nice museum with a lot of activities and many interesting exhibitions. I didn't enjoy all of them the same, but most of them were really innovative and intriguing. I specially recommend it to families with small children, although it's not addressed only to them. The entrance fee is very low.

Its cheap and it worth it...its good for children but not only. There are a lot of phisics and scientific experiment to understand the most important phisics phenomens. You can also buy some extra events such as a Planetarium experience, TocaToca (kids have the possibility to touch animals like mice and snakes; my little bro liked it). In the end... More
