Capitol Hill museum is great, has two connected underground sites. FIrst go to the top floor to the cafeteria on the museum. Use inside (outside you'll wait for too long for service and also view scewed by the not 100% transparent plastic curtain. Instead have freshly squeezed orange juice , chocoloate cake and capucchino inside, then go to the terrace...
