Not the best spa in the region. Quite souless and lacking in imagination. I had a rasul treatment but it wasn't great. The staff in the hotel are very plesant and helpful but sadly the St Raphael needs a bit of an upgrade as it is now looking a little tired.

Done a 1 hour massage there and was amazing, The Gym there has everything you need including Steam bath , Sauna , Jacuzzi as well as an indoor pool in cold weather. I highly recommend this Spa, the friendly staff there is just the cherry on the cake.

Arrived to ask if they has changing rooms as none were in evidence. The lady manageress on duty was most abrupt and officious, so much so that I had to challenge her as we were treated almost as criminals. The spa looked pleasant enough is a little pokey. Oue experience led us to walk away without actually trying the facilities.
