“Old church and cemetery with Mozarts family members interred.”

Catholic mass at 9:30 am was a good time. Latin mass with old time ceremony. The cemetery was ancient and historic. More

“A peek trhough the ironwork”

The church is closed and only opened when mass is held, but one can have a peek through the ironwork. Make sure not the ajoining cemetery as this is most charming and a must see. The church was 1505-1512 errected by Archbishop Leonhard von Keutschach. In 1750 demolished and replaced by a late Baroque colonnaded hall. Reconstruction work Franz Anton... More
