Last week my wife and myself went on an outing with a group of friends that ended up at this location. We were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves at this amazing venue. I thought I knew most things about the East Coast of Yorkshire, having lived in Yorkshire all my live and having driven past the entrance to The Flowers... More

Visited here last week and it was a Wednesday. The kids (aged 10,8 and twins age 3) thought it would be BORING, how wrong they were. You enter through a hall of mirrors which was 15 minutes of fun for the little ones, there were old fashioned fairground rides, old cars, motorbikes, wurlitzer organs and miniatures made from Action Men!... Visited The Scarborough Fair Collection on recommendation of a friend. It was really different. Selection of old vehicles and funfair attractions. Carousels are lovely although they did not run very frequently, may be due to time of year. Childrens carousels really nice. Also has dodgems, fun mirrors and a number of different organs. Worth a visit although is quite expensive.

Thank you for reviewing Scarborough Fair Collection. The museum id staffed by a team of very dedicated volunteers. Just catch one and ask if you would like to ride a ride, hear an organ or know about an exhibit. More

Visited here on a wet day while on holiday in Scarborough. There is something for everyone here. We visited as a big family group and it was a good way of keeping my niece entertained. You get a ticket included in your admission to ride one of the attractions, dodgems etc and further rides are £1 a time. They were... More

There really is something for everyone at this fabulous museum of fairground rides, organs, steam engines and vintage cars. If you're an oldie like me, you'll be taken back to your childhood on a nostalgia trip. If you're a young 'un, I'm sure you'll enjoy the rides. I had a go on the galloping horses, but there is also the... More

We have a lovely afternoon at Scarborough fair - interesting exhibitions, classic cars/lorries/stream engines both full scale and models, travellers caravan which was absolutely fantastic - I spent an age just looking at the beautifully restored interior, fairground rides which I remember going on - even mum went on a gallops, a big ballroom, teas and cakes etc. Continuous music... Enchanting and definately transports you to a bygone era. Escapism in a lovely setting and educational as well as fascinating to a younger generation too! Nice places to eat and stay nearby as well.

There were so many fairground organs, have forgottten the proper name, also a big ballroom where you buy teas etc., in this room the instruments take turns to play, there are also fairground rides you get one free with entrance fee £5.00 after that it is a £1. 00 a go. There are the horses, switch back and dodgems, although... More
