Beautiful, well kept gardens that are lovely to walk around all year round. Lots of squirrels and ducks to feed and plenty going on in the summer. Particularly spectacular is the afternoon naval battleship displays. It's just a shame that the tree walk is not what it once was.

Always the same - a tranquil stroll along by the water gardens watching the stream, small rock waterfalls and pools - and the squirrels of course (remember to take monkey nuts!). There's a large lake for family boating in dragon boats or rowing boats with loads of ducks to feed, although they get a bit breaded out during the summer.

A great place just to walk around and enjoy. During the day, sit and listen to the birds on the lake and in the evening the lights make it very special.

A lovely well kept park with a small bistro, a coffee/snack kiosk, plenty for children to do, inc an old fashioned log flume. A large lake and plenty of seating to enjoy the views with your coffee.

What a beautiful park!!!! Just ashame the dragon boats were not in operation, maybe as it was low season (April) when we visited, will definatly be returning during the summer months

excellent plenty to do for every one cafes,kids activities,or just sit and chill around the boating lake nothing to dislike

I love this park. It has everything, ducks, boats, ice cream, scenery, squirrels and birds to feed, a café with lovely food, a band, naval warfare, places to sit.

Fantastic day. Lovely and sunny. Has a chinese theme! Cool idea! Went on the dragon pedal boats. Only able to go around half of lake as water level was low but they gave us a 2 pound discount. Didn't spoil it. Had music on phone to listen to as we were pedalling :)
