We took a group of 2 year olds for an Easter bunny hunt through the forest and then on to the play area. It took 45 minutes to do the circular walk which was just right. They loved the play area and it was a lovely morning out.

You must excuse the contrived nature of the title but certainly Drum Castle must rate as one of the most interesting of NTS properties. Great location, lovely gifts etc but restaurant prices need reviewed. Poor choice, food okay but more expensive than some restaurants. Wont eat there again.

Great place to take your guest and visitors. The coffee and cake was delicious and they have a fantastic selection of Christmas goods.

The castle was amazing such history behind it at times you could have sat there all day just to take it all in.
As far as castles go this one is a must, how they have managed to retain the...

The architecture of the Castle and the Gardens are lovely and the tales are very interesting. And it is a wonderful attraction to bring my foreign friends too.
My friends took my to this place. Although I come from Aberdeen I have lived away for 45 years and had never been before. We stayed in the restraunt for 3 hours just chatting and catching up. Its a lovely establishment and well worth a visit. It poured all the time for us but I should think, on a sunny...

Granted that we arrived a bit late for lunch, but there were only 2 items on the lunch menu - soup and baked potato. The soup was finished and so...
