Set in idyllic grounds the Cloudy Bay vineyard is a lovely relaxing stop. Those that work there are knowledgeable about the wines and the area in general. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to spend there

Stopped here at the end of a day biking around the area. We had a very poor experience at Cloudy Bay. Having previously visited a number of wineries in South Africa and Australia, this was the worst. We were ignored from the moment we walked in, we waited 10 minutes and without any recognition, we decided to just walk out. Very disappointing for a place that is meant to be iconic!
