We did an afternoon's coasteering at Abercastle (me, plus a couple of 13-year-olds), and all had a great time, especially the huge jumps off that cliffy bit. The staff were great (thanks, Mark and Will) and did an excellent job of making it fun, scary, relaxed, and safe.
