The only good reviews this place gets are from people who got family deals for half price or better. I'd have to be paid to go back to that place and I'd want danger money too. This is totally rubbish. Hardly any animals. The play areas are poor . The giant inflatable slide wasn't working. Not worth anywhere near eight pounds each even the kids. There is a lot better in the area .

I first visited here last April after it had reopened and me and my children thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were wonderful and so helpful.
