Its free, voluntary contributions and i you dont expect too much its well worth the visit, the volunteer receptionist we met was very helpfull and we really enjoyed the visit.

Good information from guide at the start. Small with only one room with anything of interest. It needed more content and a better atmosphere.

I have been to Kinsale on numerous occasions and always wanted to visit the Museum but it has always been closed. However on St Patricks Day this year, it was open and I had my chance. The guides are so helpful and a wealth of knowledge, they really love showing you around and giving you information. Well worth a visit.
