Always on time but a little expensive. It is just a great way to see the harbour and get to harbourside locations.

World class nightime city view. Just get on a ferry at night. No destination important. Go out in the harbour and see all the lights and come back on another ferry. Or, croos the harbour and go to a restaurant or bar on the other side. THe local ferry;s are like buses for the poeple going to work or living... More

The stopping ferries were great value - as included in the MyTicket scheme - and a great way to experience Sydney - though perhaps seen better days. The express boat from darling harbour to Circular Quay which goes once an hour or 2 hours - is superb if you can get it - especially if you're in a hurry! (Also... More

We did not buy the unlimited ride pass for all transportation and should have because riding the ferries was so much fun! We took the ferry to both Darling and Manly and the views and ride was so much fun that we rode again just to enjoy it! The ferries are on time and easy to use. The free tourist... More

The ferries are brillaint for tourists just wanting to go up river for a day trip. Went to Parramatta on Sunday, gorgeous day and a lovely boat ride. Only $2.50 for all day travel if you are over 60, and that includes all trains and buses. What a deal! At Parramatta there is a free bus to take you round.... More

The Sydney ferries criss- cross one of the most beautiful harbours in the world, and they only cost a few dollars for a round trip. Don't leave Sydney without travelling on at least one. The locals use them like buses.

Best way to get from Parramatta Area to the City is by Rivercat. What could be better - sitting in the sun on our beautiful harbour watching the sights & someone else is driving! The staff are all very helpful & courteous. So relaxing and great value - you're bound to fall asleep on your return journey. Tip - If... More

We booked Captain Cook Cruises to Taronga Zoo. The service was great and the cruise was on scheduled. It is definitely value for money as we have the choice to hop on hop off in one of their stopovers.
