The commentary given mostly by female deckhands was very ordinary. It lacked passion and enthusiasm and sounded like it was read of a script. The girl on the... More

Took the poor site deprived Pommy friend to the Bell Tower and the foreshore. She thought Perth was really pretty and the river fantastic. More

We took the Captain Cook Ferry trip to Fremantle. This is a great way to spend an hour and you get to see Fremantle as a bonus. Good commentary by the Boat's Captain. You see some of the great houses of Perth and the views of the River are very worthwhile. A very pleasant trip. More

This fantastic river meanders it's way past the skyline and heads to see in anything but a straight line. It is a must to take a river cruise, even a ferry to Fremantle. splendid any time of the year! More

I stayed in Fremantle and took the ferry ride to Perth to go to Kings Park. It was a beautiful day and I got to see all the huge ships in the harbor at Fremantle and the beautiful homes along the Swan River. Cruising up the river with the Perth skyline in front of you is lovely. More

People ran along the swan river and it is a very beautiful place to walk, run, picnic or just stare at the river. Best in Autumn/ Spring when the weather is cool. Sufficient benches and toilets around and a nice view would be from Frasers Ave (King's park) More
