“Relaxing”

We had spent the day rafting so this was the perfect wind down and relax after that. We turned up at the perfect time of day to watch the sunset from the private spa over looking the lake it was amazing and relaxing best spa ever.

“Heaven on Earth”

We had the Mud Scrub with the massage with the warm water raining down on you. It was wonderful! The therapists were very good and did an amazing job. We were thoroughly relaxed when we were done. Lunch was delicious in the cafe after our massages.

The hot springs are what bring us to Rotorua. This time we went to the adult pools and priest spa. I feel like there are more pools to choose from than the lake spa. And the lake spa is more expensive. And although you get towels and hair dryers/straightners etc, I prefer the cheaper price with more choice in pools.... More

“World class but rude attitude of the spa staff :(”

please book in advance..... even before you reach Rotorua. Privacy baths are great but the open pools are wonderful. very good facility. The spa therapy staff was not friendly at all as to give us details or options for various spa treatments. Also, make sure the masseur is male or female. private spas are amazing....view is wonderful and you feel so realxed after a day of sight seeing. This was next to our hotel so i made it a point to go there daily after sight seeing.

“Private Spa”

The price is crazy to me around 50 bucks for the two of us for half hour in a private spa thermal bath. However, the view was amazing (outside of the mountains) and good to do once.

“Great place to relax after a day walking the thermal experiences”

We spent a few hours at Orakei Karako before relaxing in the 7 pools of varying temperatures looking across Lake Rotorua. Thoroughly recommend, clean, relaxing and therapeutic.

I was lucky enough to experience the Polynesian Spa, it was very relaxing! Views from the front spa over the lake with the lights in the distance was great. I had to keep getting in and out though as it was very hot!
