Has informed agents working, a lovely gift shop, clean restrooms and a good cafeteria to grab a little something to eat. Would recommend when just landing in Wellington to get a good feel for the city.

Excellent place to speak to people about tours etc. very knowledgable about Wellington however everyone else must think that as the morning we went we had a bit of a wait to see someone. Right in the middle of town.

Really helpful staff and tonnes of information both on Wellington itself and also for those continuing their travels either north or south, its a worthwhile stop.

The perfect place to go to find out what to do when, to book all sorts of things, and to shop for gifts! The staff are very helpful, and you will always find what you need to know!

We visited this to find out about the area and also to ask about taking a trip to the S Island. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The centre is in a lovely building by the Library which is also worth visiting.

From the Visitor Centre depart what seem to be at least daily walking tours of Wellington and these I would highly recommend.
