A great information centre. They offer not only local info - but information about all parts of New Zealand. And a good selection of tasteful souvenir style clothing. Good Kiwi friendliness is abundant here!

The staff were very helpful with information on Kaikoura or for ever you were travelling. They were great, if there was anything to dislike it was the fact that if you asked them to choose where they would go, they would say that they were not allowed to say. This is fair enough.

the people who work there take their time to advise you and are very helpful and they book you trips if you want to.

Storage facility for luggage and plenty of information about the whale watching from the staff. Well stocked upmarket shop and you could buy and mail postcards/stamps from the centre.

Lots of leaflets for you to browse. We didn't ask the staff questions as they were so busy,everyone had come in from the rain.

Plenty of information available and staff appear to be knowledgeable about the area.The staff were helpful and friendly and the advice about taking the Inland Kaikoura Road over the coast road south for the scenery was spot on!

We popped in a couple of times and asked many questions. The staff were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.
