My mom and I visited the Sacred Valley in March 2013. We used Percy Salas as a tour guide and it made our trip very easy! Percy booked our hotels and purchased all of our tickets for us. He assisted us from our airport landing to our departing. He even helped us gather information about shipping some things home before... More

A variety of scenery and historic things to see. A varied population enhances the joy of the visit. Visits to ruins, interesting cities, and a very beautiful environment are all main parts of the visit.

It was excellent!! I traveled the last days in March. This month is Very cheap and without rain during the morning / afternoon. If you have planned to visit these places, I recomend them book a hostel in Urubamba.

A lot of the tour buses just do quick highlights of the major spots, but if you've got time to explore at a slower pace and visit some of the lesser known sites, it's well worth it. The valley is beautiful and the history and architecture fascinating.

It is a most beautiful valley, but other than the occasional Inca ruin there is not a great deal to spend you time on. Tour buses will whisk you off to a small town in the centre, which is yet another opportunity to buy more souvenirs.

I'm not a huge history buff but viewing the Inca ruins boggles the mind. This is a Bucket List experience that needs to be seen in person. To try a comprehend how the massive walls were constructed and withstood the test of time is truly incredible.

We did two amazing hikes in the sacred valley. The fertile valley was in full bloom. The river was flowing with condors soaring above. This is a magical place.
