This is on a large scale, telling the story of Hungary with huge statues and archway. It rivals anything in Europe and is a must visit

It is a really interesting square however visit the parks behind the square. Boating pond, restaurant and a medieval castle await.

This is a huge open area and the monuments around it are extremely impressive. We were there last week and were lucky enough to be entertained by a full military marching display and band. Excellent!

This was an awesome attraction! So, amazing. According to my husband it's better in the dark. There are lights right behind all the statues. It's really interesting. Make sure you go after lunch around maybe 2pm. It won't be so crowded. :D

Well again this City makes you feel very tiny everything is on a grand scale such a huge area paying tribute to their ordinary people I know it's politics and not everyone had such a good time in this era but the square is very impressive. We had a nice reasonably priced lunch in the Art Centre in the square.

A must see for any tourist to Budapest. Great place for photographs to mark your visit to Budapest. The Millennium Memorial has statues of the leaders of the seven tribes that founded Hungary in the 9th century plus other famous Hungarian historical figures.

Originally built to commemorate 1,000 years of Hungarian history, but updated with a memorial to 20th Century conflict. Some great statuary. Well worth a guided tour.

It's a must-see place in Buda, together with the Vajdahunyak castle nearby - lots of statues, very beautiful and artistic.

big open space and if you like statues this place has a few. Good for the bus tours and there are a couple of large exhibition halls at either side, These have different themes. Also a very nice view of the Avenues
