We have a saying here...Tis' a privilege to live in The Ozarks! What ever type of vacation you are looking for you can find here. Retro picture-perfect postcard beauty in a cozy knotty pine cabin with the lake just a few feet away? And a small fishing boat to witness the quiet pink dawn while watching our Missouri Dolphins (Spoonbills)... More

This was a morning well spent in entertainment. My youngest grandson Seth and his Mom Misty had the best time going on a parasail adventure at the Lake of the Ozarks Missouri "Bagnel Dam" These guys that take you up were not only entertaining but they were friendly and gave so much to all their customers that we anticipate doing... We stayed in a lakehouse of a friend for a week. Our stay was on the quiet side of the Lake of the Ozarks or the west side. The nearest community was Sunrise Beach and Laure. This location offered easy access to Osage Beach ten miles west. We did go over there twice during the week for a dinner at... More

Lake of the Ozarks is a lovely lake area to visit. Nice outlet mall. Good restaurants. Quiet when compared to Branson because the Lake of the Ozarks moves to a slower more relaxed beat. There is a new roadway so if you have been there before be prepared for quite a change. The main road is called the "Parkway" now.... More

We reserved two wave runners for two days of our family vacation which was quite expensive. When we returned the wave runners after the first day, the owner said we damaged them by hitting them on the side of the dock and that we would have to pay the damages. First of all, the wave runners were very beat up... More

It actually isn't a reunion. It was yearly thing our mother started doing and we all decided to keep it going. Each year someone decides to join us. The children enjoy meetting their family they haven't seen or met. They enjoyed the swimming while we enjoyed the sunset and the wild birds that would land. Even had a duck walk... More

This area is a little hard to get to by air but very beautiful once you get there. Nice golf courses and good places to stay. I would go back. I hear it really gets going after memorial day
