Lake of the Ozarks is a lovely lake area to visit. Nice outlet mall. Good restaurants. Quiet when compared to Branson because the Lake of the Ozarks moves to a slower more relaxed beat. This area is a little hard to get to by air but very beautiful once you get there. Nice golf courses and good places to stay. I would go back. I hear it really gets going after memorial day
