At first view, you might think Fitzsimmons is an outdated course that will eventually be retired. However, it deserves ink for a great bargain. Most of the course is doglegs and the fairways are narrower to average over a normal course and the greens are a tad bit smaller. Its excellent for walkers and offers great play if you like...

The course if fun and wide open. Cheap... like the other Aurora municipal courses. I recommend it for a quick fun outing.
