We spent a full day snorkelling with this company! I highly recommend them! I like the way they give animals there own space. They are very focused on a safe experience! Captain Jerry and Vito are Awesome!! But Vito is my fave!! His Ceviche it Awesome!! You should not miss the Snorkelling tour - this is ONE of the best... More

I've never done anything like this and it was truly an amazing experience. Our snorkeling tour guides were Jacob and Sherwin and there very attentive with our needs. When we first sailed we were able to feed the birds. Some of the animals we saw were: manatee, turtles, nurse sharks, stingrays, barracudas, and various schools of fish. At first it... More

Capt Kevin, Chilo and Javier were professional, friendly and knowledgable on our full day sail with Raggamuffin Tours. They all worked hard, but encouraged social interaction amongst all the guests on the boat. The food was terrific...fresh fruit...ceviche...hot lunch...fresh salsa/chips. Water was offered regularly to keep people hydrated...and of course the homeward bound rum punch which had been marinating since... More

Last year, I did the day trip with Ragamuffin with Ellis and Shane. It was awesome and left me heart set to go on the three-day overnighter. I've been daydreaming about this for over a year. The reality was amazing, better than what I dreamed about. We went with Ish, Kevin and Charles. They were awesome, lots of fun, personable... More

We were really excited to go the full day snorkeling trip and the sailing itself was fun with the reggae music, food and drinks. However consider the snorkeling experience itself it was rather disappointing. My partner was given inappropriate mask which caused him swollen eye. When he tried again to snorkel he couldn't so the guide send him back to... More

There are plenty of tour operators that go to Hol Chan. This one sails, which is a plus. They also serve lunch on the boat so you don't have to get out and find a place to eat. They also serve pineapple and watermelon as a snack and on the way home there is freshly made shrimp ceviche and chips... More

We had a wonderful day trip with Raggamuffin. We went out on a rainy morning with choppy waters but it didn't really matter too much once you got wet. We did the all day tour with three snorkeling stops. Each of the stops was enjoyable and the guide was very knowledgeable about the reef and the fish. The lunch was... More

My partner and I have snorkelled at The Great Barriar Reef, in Nicaragua, Panama, Key West, Fiji and Thailand but Raggamuffins Caye Caulker was the absolute best ... and that's not to say the others weren't excellent. The diversity of wildlife we saw was unbelievable and something I will never forget. We saw turtles, manatees, string rays and sharks. The... More

The guides are qualified and fun. Although I got sea sick because the waters were extremly choppy, they were amazing by accomoding me with pills, allowing me to swim rather than snorkel. They were great.

We read lots of reviews of how this tour was great so we decided to give it a try and signed up for the all day snorkeling tour in Hol Chan Marine Reserve. In general it is very touristy and too structured for our taste. Prior to this we spent a week diving and snorkeling on Glover's Reef where we... More
