i was surprised by how clean and well kept. the park is nice with large green areas and trails. you see families with there kids. and near the statue there are very nice gardens. but the most impressive thing is the view. very incredible. you can see the whole city.

This is a great place to hang out but be sure you are with locals that will watch out for you if you're a gringo tourist, aka target. The park is full of nice surprises, gardens, monuments, even a pyramid. Be prepared to walk a lot and bring you camera.
