Yangmingshan is great place to visit. You can visit the post volcanic attraction, great place for hiking though the weather can be a bit cold and misty. There are also a public hot spring bath area.

The flower field is nice, but the park itself not too great as it's name. You need to expect traffic jam as too many tourists will be there.

This place was recommended by the local taxi driver. Beautiful sceneries, Refreshing air, Harmony & Peace. Weather is very cold, but we do enjoy our day trip there. Great experience.

Go during the right season to see the flowers bloom and to have a complete experience to see sulphuric gas at the mountain tops, it might only be accessible by booking a cab.

Yangmingshan is great for phototaking and viewing of the scenaries! I explored the Zhuzihu (Bamboo lake) and Xiao You Keng of YangMingShan, and the views are amazing.

Visited in April. Perfect weather for a stroll or panic on the mountains. Also managed to see lilies in bloom. A worthwhile place to visit. Wear appropriate footwear!
